Client Success Manager

We're looking for ambitious and proactive Client Success Manager interested in joining the NUVI team. You must be able to work closely with clients, present team trainings, set-up and manage accounts, provide valuable insights, and give personal account support.
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- In-depth knowledge of different social media tools & social strategy
- Client success and account management experience
- Minimum of two years in the social media marketing industry
- Problem solving techniques and decision making ability
- Excellent issue management skills
- Proactive and highly organized
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident personality
- Ability to handle high stress situations in a professional manner
